Remi
FAQ
Straight answers about Remi.
What Remi scans, how reports work, and what V1 does not include.
What does Remi scan?
V1 health checks are reachability, HTTPS and SSL validity, SSL expiration, broken internal links, homepage PageSpeed, and basic SEO metadata. Those are the same checks used in production Remi Reports.
How does Remi access a client website?
Sites are scanned as Public or with HTTP Basic Auth when you store encrypted credentials. Remi does not support form login, SSO, MFA, OTP, or CAPTCHA-protected areas in V1.
What is a Remi Report?
A Remi Report is the client-facing artifact: agency-branded website care with scores, issues, and inspection detail from the scan. Agency branding is primary; Remi attribution stays secondary.
Can I see a report before I create an account?
Yes. The sample Remi Report uses representative agency branding and the same report structure as production. It is a sample, not a live scan of your client sites.
What plans are available?
Freelancer, Studio, and Agency. Limits are the number of active client websites. Every paid plan includes V1 health checks, agency-branded Remi Reports, and automated scan and report scheduling. See Pricing for current amounts and the trial note.
Does Remi repair websites or give my clients a portal?
No. Remi monitors, scores, and reports. It does not automatically repair sites, and V1 does not include a client portal, WordPress plugin, or pentest-style exploitation tools.
How is my agency data separated from other customers?
The organization is the tenant boundary. Websites, scans, and reports belong to an organization. Members of other organizations cannot see your client sites through the browser.
