Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-30

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Remi at remi.systems.

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or otherwise using Remi, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Remi is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps agencies and website-maintenance providers monitor client websites, retain scan history, calculate health scores, generate agency-branded Remi Reports, and automate recurring scan and report workflows.

V1 monitoring supports publicly reachable sites and sites protected by HTTP Basic Auth. Remi does not provide form login automation, SSO, MFA, OTP, CAPTCHA handling, client portals, automatic site repair, or advanced SEO auditing in V1.

V1 health checks include reachability, HTTPS and SSL validity, SSL expiration, broken internal links, homepage PageSpeed measurement, and basic SEO metadata.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials.

Each organization is a tenant boundary. You are responsible for activity performed under your account and for ensuring that users you authorize may access organization data.

You must have appropriate rights to monitor websites you add and to send Remi Reports or related communications to recipients you configure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features require an active subscription processed through Stripe unless otherwise stated in the product.

Plan tiers include Freelancer, Studio, and Agency, each with defined active-website limits and features published in the product at the time of purchase.

Fees, billing intervals, trials, and promotional terms are shown during checkout or in billing settings and may change for new purchases with notice as required by law and product policy.

If payment fails or a subscription ends, Remi may pause automation, restrict features, or begin the nonpayment retention lifecycle described in the Privacy Policy.

You may manage payment methods and cancellation through Stripe-hosted billing flows where available.

Acceptable use

You may not use Remi to violate law, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, probe internal systems without authorization, or submit destinations prohibited by Remi's security policies.

You may not misuse free-scan or trial features, exceed published rate limits, or use the service to store or transmit malware or unlawful content.

Remi may suspend or terminate access that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Reports and disclaimers

Remi Reports summarize monitored signals at a point in time. They are maintenance and communication tools, not guarantees of future performance, security compliance, legal compliance, or search rankings.

You remain responsible for client relationships, remediation work, and decisions based on report content.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Remi and its underlying software, branding, and service materials are owned by Remi or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your organization content, branding, and client website data. You grant Remi the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Remi's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by you to Remi for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using Remi at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion follow the product and billing flows available at the time.

Remi may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, or prolonged inactivity according to product policy.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

Changes and contact

We may modify these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated last-revised date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@remi.systems.
